30-day returns

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:

• Unused and in original, resalable condition.
• In their original packaging with all parts and accessories.

How to start a return

• Email optimaiteamapp@gmail.com with your order number.
• We'll send return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Some items (e.g. installed electrical parts, opened consumables like coatings) may be non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. This will be noted on the product page.
