How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Free standard shipping on orders over $75, otherwise a flat $9. Orders ship within 24 hours and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no hassle. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for the details and any exceptions.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe with bank-grade encryption. We never see or store your card details.
Do the accessories come with a warranty?
Most do — the warranty period is listed in each product's specifications. OptimAi-branded gear carries a 2-year warranty.
